We're committed to earning your trust for life, which is why we go beyond just servicing your vehicle. Our 24-Hour Nationwide Roadside Assistance Program is here to ensure your safety and provide peace of mind during unexpected situations.

Our Roadside Assistance includes:

  • Towing
  • Emergency fluid delivery
  • Lock-out service
  • Jump starts
  • Flat tire repair



No matter where you are or what the emergency, we've got you covered when you need help the most.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INSTRUCTIONS

To access Roadside Assistance, call the number on your Rozema's Car Care Rewards Card and enter your 8-digit PIN from the back of the card.


If your vehicle needs towing and you're within 25 miles of our shop, instruct the tow truck to bring it directly to Rozema's Car Care.


You can use your Roadside Assistance benefits up to two times within a 12-month period. Coverage limits per occurrence are as follows: Local assistance up to $100, and Nationwide assistance up to $150.


ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your Roadside Assistance benefits are automatically renewed for an additional year when you service your vehicle(s) at Rozema's Car Care at least twice and spend a minimum of $750 over the past 12 months.


This benefit is offered at the discretion of Rozema's Car Care, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.


Please note that excessive or improper use of the service may result in the termination of your benefits.
