DEPEND ON PARTS PLUS FOR UNMATCHED QUALITY AND RELIABILITY IN AUTO REPAIRS

Customers of Parts Plus Car Care Center who have received the North American Warranty Statement enjoy peace of mind with protection on both parts and labor for up to 36,000 miles or 36 months, whichever comes first. If you encounter an issue with a covered repair completed at a Parts Plus Car Care Center, simply call the toll-free number 1-877-252-4609.


The Warranty Administrator will guide you to a nearby Car Care Center for the repair. If none is available in your area, you’ll be directed to one of over 35,000 participating repair facilities. The repair shop will coordinate with the Warranty Administrator to get authorization for the necessary repairs, which will be performed at no cost to you for covered services.


If you're located within 25 miles of the original repair facility, the Warranty Administrator will direct you to return to that shop for service.

The North American Warranty provides coverage for both parts and labor for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.

  • Engine cooling systems
  • Engine performance and drivability repairs
  • Fuel systems
  • Electronic engine management and other on-board computer systems (including engine, body, brake, and suspension computers)
  • Cruise control systems
  • Brake systems
  • Starting and charging systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Exhaust systems
  • Ignition systems
  • Steering and suspension systems, wheel bearings, CV joints, half-shafts, and driveshafts
  • Minor repairs
  • Towing and rental car assistance

  • Comes FREE with any qualifying repair or service work.
  • Covers parts and labor on eligible repairs and services for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • Recognized nationwide by participating facilities across the United States, ensuring your protection even while on the move.
  • For warranty service more than 25 miles away from the original repair location, contact the Parts Plus Warranty Program Administrator at 877-252-4609. If within 25 miles, return to the original facility for service.
